The Offices One at Frisco Station is a 228,000-square-foot, Class A speculative multi-tenant office building. Building amenities will include structured parking, a fitness center, conference center and a robust communications and power infrastructure that includes dual power feed capability and multiple fiber optic option providers. The building will also have direct access to Frisco Station’s planned entertainment district, The Hub as well as the Star mixed-use development. The building will have walkable access to hike and bike trails, along with additional health and wellness options. HKS, Inc. has been selected as the project architect for the building. J.E. Dunn Construction will serve as the design-build contractor.
